If you choose to share a character publicly on the Service, you grant us a perpetual, transferable, sub-licensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and publicly display that character and associated content within the Service.

5.4 Prohibited Commercial Use

You may not use the Service or any AI Content generated by the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, selling characters, scripts, or narratives created using the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are and will remain our exclusive property. This includes all software, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, and all other elements of the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that:
